**What You Would Get To Do**:
FIRST is seeking a bright, tech-savvy fast learner to join our team as an **Event Technology Coordinator**. This entry-level role will have the opportunity to learn alongside our experts and will be responsible for supporting the larger Event Technology team with event website builds, registration and delegate management, hotel reservations management, virtual platform work, reporting and data analysis, and onsite and remote event-day support.

**Your Contributions**
- Develop, build, and manage event registration websites and event-related communications
- Assist team in creation of timeline, deliverable list, and communications plan
- Input content into registration website platform
- Support in thoroughly testing all functionalities of the registration website and process
- Build, test, and deploy various types of communications in registration platform
- Assist team with delegate management
- Monitor event inboxes and assist invitees with event and registration related queries
- Input and modify attendee data as required
- Assist with attendee reporting and analytics
- Generate reports such as registration, dietary lists, hotel rooming lists, travel manifests
- Maintain consistent and accurate data
- Work within mobile app and hybrid platforms to develop and manage simple-yet-customized event-related apps
- Assist team in creation of timeline, deliverable list, and communications plan
- Input content into mobile app or hybrid platform
- Support in thoroughly testing all functionalities of mobile app or hybrid platform
- Provide on-site or day of troubleshooting support
- Support on-site registration
- Support the team with on-site check in and delegate help desk
- Assist with Management of pre-printed or on-demand name badges

**What We Are Looking For**
- Undergraduate degree required
- Prior experience with event platforms such as Cvent, SpotMe, or any other registration or mobile app platforms is preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required
- Prior experience in Data Coordination, Delegate Management, and Event Technology including entry level meeting planning and coordination is preferred
- Strong attention to detail required
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly motivated, able to work independently
- Exhibit strong work ethic, patience and a winning attitude
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer focus and approachable demeanor
- Excellent time managements skills

ADMINISTRATION & GENERAL
- Strict and accurate adherence to company's time tracking policies and systems
- Flexible and willing to work long hours (evenings, weekends) and travel 20-30%
- Work on ad hoc requests from clients as required
- Assume responsibility for own environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety policies while having clean smart surroundings
