**The Role and Department**:
We have an opportunity for a Community Navigator to join the organisation on a 12month fixed term basis. Reporting to the Families in Mind Project Manager the Community CAMHS Navigator will be responsiblefor supporting Children and young people with the transition from statutory CAMHS services to community support that promotes their Recovery and sustained outcomes following completion of work with services such as CAMHS. The role will require you to work closely with local CAMHS services being co-located at the CAMHS service weekly, whilst working as part of our growing Children, Young People and Families Directorate based at the Ashton Hub.

**What you will bring to TogMind**:
We are looking for a passionate Practitioner who has a commitment to providing effective high-quality services, are motivated by innovation and bringing about change. You will have experience of supporting young people and their families with low level emotional wellbeing and/or mental health issues. You will have the ability and willingness to build and maintain positive working relationship, linking closely with colleagues, education, other health professionals and of course with young people and their families. You will be highly motivated and creative in your approach and have the ability to modify your therapeutic techniques to meet a range of young peoples needs, utilising verbal and non-verbal communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £27,449.14 per year
