We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Administrator to join our busy Training department. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Training Team across a varied range of functions including customer relationship management monitoring and maintaining effective record and liaison with clients. You will be joining an established team in a busy department which supports our consultants across a wide range of project types. Full training will be given on all systems.

**Key Accountabilities**

**Course Bookings Administration**:

- Managing customer enquiries.
- Picking up course booking forms and purchase orders and processing all information on database.
- Ensuring all data entry is correct.
- Raise invoices with relevant purchase orders or processing card payments.

**Preparation of Course Job Sheets**:

- Preparing job sheets for each course in a timely manner to allow for course material preparation to be completed in good time prior to the course start date.
- Ensuring job sheets are up to date and accurate by liaising with the Curriculum Specialist as required.

**Learning Management Systems**:

- Championing the better use of databases.
- Upskilling as upgrades & changes become available and sharing with the team.

**General Liaison**:

- Liaising with delegates, employers, suppliers, and venues.
- Assisting the other member of the team and Training & Membership Operations Manager when necessary. For example, exam preparation and invigilation.

**Team Meetings**:

- To play an active role in Operation Team meetings (weekly) to ensure that all activities required to deliver courses and events are in place and any gaps are picked up and actioned.

**Other duties**:
Ad-hoc administration duties as required. Will include maintaining databases, compiling, and reporting on course feedback and dealing with enquiries from customers and trainers, standing in and supporting team members on holiday or sick leave or at busy times.

**Qualifications**

GCSE’s A-C in Maths & English.

**Salary**: Up to £22,000.00 per year
