Here at CASK Kitchen we are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team. As a Front-of-House Staff member, you will play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient atmosphere in our establishment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience.
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
**Order Taking and Processing**:Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Confirm order accuracy before serving to guests.
**Table Maintenance**:Set up and clear tables in a timely manner.
Ensure tables are clean and properly set for the next guests.
Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and presentation.
**Menu Knowledge**:Have a thorough understanding of the menu to answer customer questions and make recommendations.
Stay informed about any specials or promotions.
**Collaboration with Kitchen Staff**:Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth communication and coordination of orders.
Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
**Upselling and Promotions**:Suggest additional items, desserts, or beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Promote any ongoing specials or promotions.
**Maintaining a Positive Atmosphere**:Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests and team members.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and efficient work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the restaurant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £9.00-£10.49 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
