Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong hospitality, organizational, and communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise all front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the dining area, including seating arrangements and table turnover
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain inventory of supplies, such as menus, utensils, and condiments
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate cash register operations
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Coordinate with the management team to develop strategies for improving customer service and increasing sales

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management
- Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, and health regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Proficient in using restaurant management software or POS systems

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel or fine dining operations is advantageous
