**About Us**:
**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Stock Forecasting**: Identify and highlight stock shortages across depots to ensure timely replenishment.

2. **Data Accuracy**: Ensure accuracy of all notes logged into the stock system, maintaining precise records of inventory movements.

3. **Invoicing**: Raise invoices for missing or damaged stock, maintaining accountability and transparency.

4. **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks to ensure goods picked meet our standards of quality and suitability.

5. **Physical Checks**: Perform physical checks of stock on returning vehicles to verify accuracy against documentation.

6. **On-Site Work**: Assist in reconciling stock collections for larger jobs, ensuring seamless execution.

7. **Support Functions**: Provide occasional support to the transport team and assist with phone answering as needed.

8. **Administration**: Undertake administrative tasks for the operations team to support overall efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in stock control or similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and stock management software is desirable.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend work and overtime.
