Stores Administrator

We are looking for an individual with a passion for stock control and administration to join our well-established Stannah Dartford Branch as a Stores Administrator.
In the Store Administrator job, you'll play a pivotal role by providing and ordering materials and supplies for the field teams.
You will ensure that supplies, stock, materials, packages, and products are processed through the delivery system efficiently and safely.
This job is focused on stock control and administration. If you have previously worked as a Stores Person, Stores Administrator or similar role then we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Stock control including monthly/quarterly stock takes
- Process and dispatch orders
- Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are kept up to date
- Control of warranty parts and returns to suppliers
- Creating purchase orders
- Sourcing and ordering specific parts, ensuring we get the best value for money.
- Waste control
- Housekeeping of stores area and yard
**Job Requirements**:
- Previous stock management experience
- NVQ 2 in Customer Service desirable but not essential
