To lead the delivery of transformational change within UKD Operations; managing the risks and issues to deliver the programme change benefits

**Key Accountabilities**:
Development and maintenance of positive engagement with UKD and UKI Operations teams and key stakeholders.

Leading and embedding operational change improvement programmes

Identify best practise across Operations and work with teams to ensure a consistency in management and delivery approach.

Embedding a culture in line with the QinetiQ values.

Improving QinetiQ’s change management approach through collaboration across QinetiQ’s businesses & functions.

Creation & maintenance of appropriate Change Management Plans, and reporting progress on all accountabilities to Head of Operations Performance (or their delegate).

Demonstrable experience of successful Project or Programme Management.

Delivering behavioural change required to support the benefits realisation.

NEBOSH / IOSH Managing safely is desirable

ITIL qualification desirable

Lean six Sigma Qualification desirable

Experience of process/continuous improvement activities.

**Location**: Farnborough or Boscombe Down

Travel will be required as part of this role.
