Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Programme Delivery Specialist to join our team and lead the delivery of several Strategic Programmes in the Army's Portfolio. These Programmes deliver change in infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and cohering project documentation
  • Manage programme related artefacts, ensuring content remains relevant and documents updated in a timely manner
  • Support Line Management in the coordination of all independent review activity
  • Coordinate the delivery of the Benefits Management Strategy and Plan
  • Support the management of the business case approvals process from generation through to approval and track Outletter requirements
  • Coordinate the programme change control process
  • Manage programme File Plans, ensuring documentation handled and stored in accordance with local policy
  • Capturing and disseminating programme and project LFE in accordance with orders
  • Input into planning activity relating to scope, deliverables, time scales, resource requirements and budget
  • Manage PMO team resource (where appropriate)
  • Coordinate pan-Defence Lines of Development (DLoD) RAIDO activity and associated engagements
  • Support to all scheduling activity for the programme
  • Prepare lines to take, question and answer packs, briefing documents, newsletters, site information sheets, and to act as the secretary of any communication working groups as required

  • Experience of coordinating and cohering project documentation
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of Project Life-cycle
  • Demonstrate your experience of briefing to senior stakeholders
