Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Delivery Manager to join our team at the Defence Infrastructure Organisation. As a Requirements Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of several strategic programmes in our portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead throughout the whole lifecycle, ensuring the requirement is captured and providing feedback on design development.
  • Coordinate and develop business cases and other supporting documentation.
  • Engage with various partners, positively challenging performance, time, cost, and risks to ensure project outputs are delivered.
  • Ensure that project timelines are coherent, realistic, and that key goals and dependencies are actively managed.
  • Lead and support the production and delivery of presentations. Identify and manage project risks.
  • Support the integrated project team to ensure financial mechanisms and approaches are created and agreed at the offset.

  • Ability to influence business decisions through written communications.
  • Experience of coordinating and cohering project documentation.
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of project lifecycle.
