**Showroom Manager / Business Manager required in Slough**
**Salary £27.5k basic OTE £55-66k**
**Company car and £200 Fuel allowance**We are looking for a Showroom Manager to manage the daily activity of the showroom by providing a physical presence and by managing all customer interaction. To also assist the Head of Sales & Senior Showroom Manager in managing the sales environment, the people,and the process to ensure maximum profit opportunity and customer satisfaction.
**Key responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities as a Showroom Manager will be:

- To ensure all enquires are handled to the highest standards on our systems each day by close of business.
- To manage the sales team, to ensure they achieve volume and margin objectives
- To have class leading vehicle displays and forecourt areas.
- To manage the sales process and have an integral part within that with the customers.
- To achieve F & I commission and penetration objectives
- To ensure all finance documents are completed accurately and honestly in accordance with legal requirements (e.g. in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and relevant insurance codes of practice

**About You**
As a Showroom Manager you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:

- Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
- Great computer skills and the ability to multi-task.
- High levels of commitment to providing the best customer care.
- A positive and friendly attitude in the work environment.
- A professional approach with the ability to mentor others
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
