**Job Description - Customer Service Representative**

**Reports to: Customer Service Manager**

**Location: Hybrid (Kettering)**

**Terms: Full Time / Permanent**

**Profile**

To provide a professional after sales service to our customers and to assist the sales team in delivering outstanding customer care.

**Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and account managers
- Manage the cases that are allocated to you
- Arrange returns for customers and book collections via a courier
- Support the business and Customer Service Supervisor
- Assist with colleagues’ cases in their absence.
- Work towards achieving individual and team KPIs as set out by the CC Supervisor and Head of Supply Chain
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required, which are deemed necessary to assist with the needs of the company

**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent telephone manner and first class written communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- Effective personal organisation and planning
- IT literate - knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
