The role of the Housekeeper Supervisor is to support the Head Housekeeper to successfully oversee the entire housekeeping operation and team on a daily basis, including laundry deliveries/pick-ups, quality checks and staffing/resources for the daily operations.

The fast-paced and energised environment relies on organisation and efficiency, and it is important to ensure that you have a moderate level of fitness to enable you to comfortably carry out your tasks.

The role requires you to be a problem solver and be able to think on your feet. Changeovers can be high in numbers with a variety of reactive issues to solve.

This role will also involve you to carry out cleaning duties. You will need to ensure that property changeovers are carried out to a high standard maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable and tidy environment. This is a demanding job, and our owners want our housekeepers to keep everything in a decorated way, keeping the space safe from germs and bacteria.

**To be considered for this role you MUST have**:

- Ability to work accurately and methodically
- Ability to communicate with management to ensure that the work is done promptly and effectively without compromising guest satisfaction
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks
- Ability to plan, organise and prioitise work
- Full driving license and access to own vehicle (if you have a disability, we will explore reasonable adjustments with you)
- A professional and customer orientated approach
- Ability to plan, organise and prioitise work
- Previous experience desirable but not essential
- Weekend availability

**Day to Day?.. You will be responsible for**:

- Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking in of stock.
- Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule.
- Co-ordinating suppliers to ensure all properties are maintained and ready for use.
- Manage the laundry process including bag preparation, returned laundry sorting and stock control.
- Running property inspections and inventory control on a rotating basis to ensure each property is inspected regularly.
- Ensure cleaning tasks are allocated and completed daily
- Co-ordinate the day in terms of staffing requirements and reactive issues that occur on the day
- Keep accurate stock records by carrying out stock counts as and when required.
- Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure your own and the safety of others.
- Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value.
- Undertake minor maintenance tasks where required (changing lightbulbs, minor repairs, boiler resets etc.)
- Co-ordinating with 3rd Party Maintenance & Trades people to ensure that any issues do not impact guests or homeowners.
- Use of our Host & Stay IT solutions to support with all parts of the role.
- Required from time to time to carry out other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties
