As a Property Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks related to guest services, room maintenance, and cleanliness. The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and work within a dynamic team environment.

**Your Mission**
- **Guest check-in and check-out**: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and facilitate smooth efficient check-out procedures
- **Room Inspection and Maintenance**: Conduct thorough inspections of rooms post check-out to identify any repair or maintenance needs promptly reporting these to the facilities manager while assisting with minor maintenance tasks as needed
- **Room Cleaning Assistance**: Support the housekeeping team in performing room cleans, including making beds, replenishing amenities and ensuring cleanliness standards are being met in a timely manner
- **Oversight of External Cleaning Contractors**: coordinate with external cleaning contractors to schedule rooms preparations and monitor rotas to ensure standards and efficiency deliveries are being met
- **Guest Relations**: Serve as an initial point of contact for hotel guests, addressing inquiries, concerns or requests promptly and professionally. Provide assistance to guests to ensure they have a positive and enjoyable stay

**Your Track Record**
- Previous experience working in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings

**Working Pattern**

Hours between 12pm - 11pm, Monday to Sunday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
