About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Property Viewing Guide. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany prospective buyers to view properties, highlighting the positive attributes of each home and gathering feedback.
- Host Open Houses on behalf of our vendors, showcasing properties in a welcoming and informative manner.
- Assist in the office with general administration and organisational tasks, requiring good communication and basic computer skills.
Requirements
- A full driving license and your own vehicle are essential for this role.
- Flexibility to cover holidays and sickness is crucial, particularly during our busiest times.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.50, plus occasional commission.
- The opportunity to work with a reputable and customer-focused company.
- A flexible working pattern, including Saturdays from 8:30am to 5pm, with the possibility of covering weekdays on an as-and-when basis.
Special Requirements
- A full driving license and your own vehicle are required for this role.
