I’m working with a leading house builder who are looking for a Senior Site Manager for a construction site based in Canterbury, Kent,

You will need to have an in-depth knowledge of the construction of new build residential properties. You will be tasked with ensuring the delivery of a quality build in accordance with the project specifications and project requirements.

Day to Day tasks:

- Preparing construction management high-level timeline for each phase and monitoring progress. Produce, develop and track phase programmes to control operations.
- Booking contractors in to undertake works, pinning contractors down to specifications and timelines.
- Preparing budgets for each phase and completing/comparing as project progresses
- Establish standards of quality on site and ensure delivery of a quality build in accordance with the project specifications and project requirements.
- Reviewing payments to be made to contractors and comparing with original quotations. Dealing with any discrepancies in conjunction with Project Manager and bookkeeper.

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with the construction of new build residential properties.
- SMSTS/SSSTS/CSCS with IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications.
- Is willing to learn/adapt
- Ambitious and driven

**Salary**: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE.
