Vacancy - Internal Sales / Internal Account Manager
Location - Mansfield
Industry - Electrical Wholesale & Lighting
Hours - Monday to Friday only (no weekends)
Salary - Negotiable depending on experience + Bonus
Our client is looking for a strong Internal Sales person with some electrical wholesale experience to join their team in Mansfield.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reactive and proactive telephone sales.
- Processing orders and quotes using the company systems.
- Sourcing products and placing the relevant orders.
- Building, developing and managing relationships with customers.
- Ensuring all records, systems and paperwork are kept up-to-date.
**Skills & Experience needed?**
- Electrical sales knowledge and experience
- Manage, meet and exceed customer expectations
- The ability to build relationships with a variety of customers
- Confident telephone manner
- Friendly, articulate, customer focused
- Good I.T. skills
**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm
