Field Sales Representative
We are seeking experienced full Time, employed Direct Sales Advisors to join our successful door to door based Sales teams across the whole of UK. You will be representing our client, one of the biggest Dairy suppliers in an established and successful sales campaign. The stated salary banding is basic wage plus OTE earnings.
You will be working 5 days a week covering different territories within a team and expanding growth. All transport is provided.
Full training, field support, uniform are provided. After initial training, you will be mentored and supported in the field to bring you up to your full potential if required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products - Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics
Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year
