We are a well-established, Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) accredited, small animal primary care practice that covers the locations of London, Hertfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. Alongside all our primary care services we also have four 24-hour continuous care hospitals made up of our highly certified specialists and general practice staff to ensure the highest form of veterinary care for the benefits of pets and clients alike.
- ** Your role and responsibilities**

An opportunity has arisen to join our team at our St. Johns Wood team as a Client Care Assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring both our clients and patients receive a professional five-star service throughout their time with us. We pride ourselves on providing the best standard of care to both our long standing and new clients, always ensuring we are personal, professional, and empathetic.

Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure effective customer service

Completing various administration duties for the clinical team and the business

Promoting our fantastic Healthcare Plan

Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile

Booking appointments & diary management

Taking payment for services and products

Managing cash, stock and client accounts

Opening and closing the practice
