**Float Client Care Assistant (Veterinary Receptionist)**
**Salary: £27,455 per annum**
**Location: Village Vet: St Johns Wood, Ealing, Maida Vale, Primrose Hill, Highgate.**
**Job Type: Permanent, Full-time**
**Hours: 42 hour week
- 8 hour shifts and 1 in 6 Saturday mornings.**
An opportunity has arisen to join our team at our London team as a Float Client Care Assistant.
You will be covering across our London region and responsible for ensuring both our clients and patients receive professional five-star service throughout their time with us.
This role is fast-paced, friendly and fun with no working day the same.
**Your role and responsibilities**
- Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to ensure effective customer service
- Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile
- Booking appointments & diary management
- Taking payment for services and products
- Managing cash, stock and debts
- Opening and closing the practice
