**Accounts/Payroll Administrator**
**25 hours per week Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm**

**The Purpose of the Role**:
To ensure the Company can maintain profitability with up to date accounts. Ensuring debts are collected and monies are allocated effectively. Accurate records to be maintained to ensure comply with legal standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing of direct debits every month
- Reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Adding bills to xero
- Creating invoices on xero
- Sending invoices and statements accordingly
- Reconciliation of credit cards
- Accurately maintaining and updating the fees spreadsheet
- Working closely with the home administrators to ensure fees are being received on time and within 30 days.
- Create and send residents contracts to the home administrators
- Assist the HR Manager with Payroll
- Perform related ad-hoc administration duties as required
- Monitor and chase (when required) all outstanding payments
- Reporting of all overdue accounts to the directors every two weeks
- Attend any required meetings
- Ensure all training is completed to Wood Care Group Standard
