We are at the start of our communications journey, so you will play a key role in building the communications branding and infrastructure that helps IAG Cargo advance its ambitions beyond being a great place to work - to reach a global and remote workforce in the moments that matter. Your role will be pivotal in driving colleague engagement with the business vision, mission, and strategy.

You will have a passion for digital, channels and content - who thrives on a challenge and likes the freedom of being able to build something from scratch. With a creative flair you will help build and establish processes, channels and our become the custodian of our internal branding and style.

**The day to day**:

- Working in conjunction with the Senior Internal Communications Manager and wider comms team to develop comprehensive channel strategies that last the test of time. Developing branding, templates and processes that aligns to the business vision, mission and values.
- Work with external agencies to ensure creative and consistent brand delivery and use of the latest thinking - becoming a brand custodian for our look and feel across our channels.
- Working to develop local communications champions support central and local communications plans.
- Reporting on channels and content to drive improvement and educate the long-term strategy.
- Working with our designer and external agencies to manage internal communications and internal brand campaigns.
- Working collaboratively with the wider communications team to support business communications and projects as required.
- And of course, writing to a high standard across all channels.

**It’s all about you.**:

- Demonstrable experience of digital, content and brand development.
- Ideally expertise and experience of planning and implementing a global intranet.
- Experience of highly matrixed and front-line and global workforces is highly beneficial.
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously when required; highly motivated, and enthusiastic, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership - not afraid to get stuck
- A creative flair and innovative thinker who is digitally savvy, with experience using the latest technologies to bring industry best-practice to
- A decisive and strategic thinker, with the ability to plan-ahead and embed processes and channels that will leave a legacy.
- Effective time management, ability to multi-task and with a meticulous eye for detail
- Unquestionable integrity and discernment when dealing with confidential
