This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced psychological Therapist with an interest in working with Women within the criminal justice system. The post holder will lead on development, oversight and delivery of the women’s pathway for the London Pathways Partnership (LPP) across all aspects of the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Community Pathway including screening, assessment formulation and the development of gender responsive interventions. The post will involve development, oversight and delivery of the women’s strategy in partnership with probation and third sector partner providers.

In collaboration with partners from Probation service and third sector organisations, the post holder will hold responsibility for the development and implementation of the women's strategy across London OPD community services. This will include providing specialist consultation and support to professionals working with women on the OPD pathway across probation and residential services and developing a gender specific provision for women with tailor psychological and psychosocial interventions.

The post holder will lead a team including a psychological therapist and and assistant psychologist as well as overseeing the work of the women's champions embedded in OPD services across London.

The post holder will also oversee the evaluation and performance management of the women's pathway including overseeing research projects and preparation f performance reports.

- Attendance at women’s OPD strategy and LPP senior leadership meetings for London and more widely, where required
- Responsibility for monitoring performance and delivery of the London OPD women’s pathway for LPP, including preparation of quarterly reports and management and escalation of risks
- Close liaison with partner organisation women’s leads (e.g. HMPPS, Women in Prison and Penrose) and LPP service and clinical leads
- Development, oversight and delivery of the London OPD women’s strategy, in partnership with probation and third sector partner providers
- Coordination and oversight of the LPP women’s champions across London
- Planning the women’s pathway networking event
- Women’s MBT quarterly reports
- Completion and monitoring of the women’s risk and issues log, ensuring information is escalated
