We are eager to welcome a dynamic and experienced Global Senior CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship efforts on a global scale.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Designing, developing, and implementing workflow automation solutions across various departments
- Collaborating closely with IT, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to identify process improvement opportunities
- Ensuring seamless integration of automation systems with existing platforms and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of automation solutions, providing reports on performance metrics
- Staying abreast of the latest in automation technologies and methodologies to keep Sumsub at the forefront of innovation

**About You**:

- Proven experience in workflow automation, process engineering, or a similar role, ideally in the B2B cloud/SaaS software, financial services, or compliance/crypto sectors
- Strong foundation in Javascript, SQL, and basic coding skills. Familiarity with SaaS services like Salesloft, Pandadoc, Slack, Zapier, Make, MPA, and Workato.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation tools and software platforms
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical teams
- Proficient in english.
