Sumsub has over 2,000 clients across the fintech, crypto, transportation, trading, e-commerce and gaming industries including Binance, Wirex, Avis, Bybit, Huobi, Unlimit, Flutter, Kaizen Gaming, and TransferGo.

Now we are looking for a **Workflow Automation Specialist** to join our sales team and help us optimise the sales peocesses.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Implementing, and managing workflows to optimise our sales cycle and increase sales team's performance
- Collaborating with different teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements
- Developing and maintaining detailed workflow documentation to ensure a clear understanding of automation processes
- Utilizing various automation tools and software to create robust workflows
- Conducting regular reviews and updates of automated workflows to maximise their effectiveness
- Training team members on new automation processes and ensuring smooth implementation
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in workflow automation and continuously seeking innovative solutions

**About You**:

- A proactive individual attentive to the details with a passion for technology and improving business processes through automation
- Proven hands-on experience in designing and implementing automated workflows, preferably in a mid to large-sized organisation
- Proficiency with automation tools such as **n8n, Zapier** or equivalent technologies
- Experience with **CRMs **like Pipedrive, Planhat, Salesloft, Salesforce, Salesforce or similar
- Strong **analytical skills** with the ability to problem-solve and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams to drive improvements
- A self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or Python is a plus
