Document Automation Specialist – PERM – Central London, Hybrid


My client, an offshore law firm are looking for a Document Automation Specialist to join their Knowledge Management team.

As the Document Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for

  • Attending to the document automation requests
  • Building and maintaining the document automation knowledge base
  • Supporting system upgrades


The successful Document Automation Specialist will have experience.

  • Working collaboratively with other teams, building, and maintaining key relationships in the business.
  • Of document automation using Contract Express.
  • Of working in a structured and methodical manner
  • Of working with people of all levels, adjusting your approach to different audiences
  • Working to deadlines
  • Updating automated templates with efficiency and accuracy


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress within this environment. They will have the responsibility of being the Contract Express expert; not just focussing on the Document Automation, but also looking at integration with existing systems and workflows.


This role is based out of their London office with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days per week on site in the office with the remainder remote.
