BDS are currently recruiting for a care assessor for an established company based in Oxford,

Working 37.5 Hours a week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, temp to perm position

£12.35 PAYE

To be part of the team to put care plans and risk assessments into place for new client's, completing the reviews and updated plans to existing client's.
Liaising with the Client and their families and any further external agencies to maintain the wellbeing of the client.
To signpost information for the clients and their families
Liaising with the lifeline services accordingly, to respond to requests of assistance in a timely manner.
Reporting any faulty equipment.
You will be working remotely and collecting the work schedule from the office at the start of each working day.

**You will need to be a driver with a full UK drivers licence with access to a car,**
**Mileage is all paid at 45p per mile**
