- Supporting the Director of Marketing and Engagement to ensure the tenant voice is at the forefront of the Group's agenda
- Provide strong leadership to the Tenant Voice Leads and Partners
- Be involved in regional engagement in order to share best practices
- Understand and monitor tenant satisfaction levels in line with consumer regulation
- Case management reviews at an operational level
- Investigate and respond to enquires from MPs and the Housing Ombudsman
- Innovatively engage with and obtain feedback from the tenants to ensure continuous transformation of services
- Review and analyse complaint trends and deliver results to the senior leadership team
