The company, who are a nationwide student accommodation provider, are seeking an enthusiastic and confident full time Accommodation Administrator for their accommodation building based in Sunderland.

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or a confident individual looking to pursue a career in the property sector or someone looking for part time hours working 4 hours each day Monday - Friday.

Your Responsibilities Would Include:

- To provide a high standard of customer service to tenants, customers and external partners.
- To ensure the building’s appearance is to the highest of standards.
- To maintain and develop excellent relations with our tenants, customers and external partners.
- To assist the Accommodation Manager with administration tasks and the collation of verification documents for students.
- To assist the Accommodation Manager to ensure full occupancy levels for the building each academic year.
- To assist the Accommodation Manager in overseeing tenant and building maintenance.
- To work alongside the student representative team to hold social activities for the tenants of the building.
- To assist the Accommodation Manager with routine room inspections.
- To promote and contribute to the company culture.

- Enthusiastic individual
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for lettings
- Ability to manage own work-load
- Ability to work within a team
- Experience in the student sector is desirable but not required
- Computer literate
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Due to the nature of the role, it may on occasions be necessary to work flexible hours, especially over the busy summer period.
