Lettings Valuer

Pattinson are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Lettings Valuer to develop and grow our lettings portfolio across South Tyneside.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing relationships with landlords and clients to generate more rental listings in the South Tyneside area.
- Carrying out rental valuations & promoting our Fully Managed service.
- Managing the lettings process from start to finish, including advertising available properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating rental agreements
- Maintain a database of available properties and ensure accurate and up-to-date property listings
- Screen potential tenants, conduct reference checks, and verify their eligibility to rent
- Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants, addressing any concerns in a timely manner
- Work with the local branches to ensure voids are kept to a minimum, repairs are carried out quickly and effectively through a collaborative management approach.
- Reporting to Head Office with performance figures.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
- Previous lettings experience is essential.

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
