To take them out in the Community to access different activities.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time/part-time role for a Care Worker in Luton, Dunstable and Houghton Regis. The Care Worker will be responsible for providing day-to-day care services to individuals in need, they will work with the individual to promote their independence, well-being, and dignity through empathetic, compassionate care.
- Such as: personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and medication management.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in providing personal care and mobility assistance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient attitude towards service users
- Willingness to undergo training and development.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation is a plus.

Pay: £11.50-£11.60 per hour
