British Transport Police (BTP) are recruiting for a **Crime Training Administrator** on a **23 months Fix Term Contract**. The role is paying
- up to **£32,109.74** per annum and will be based in British Transport Police, Spring House, London.

BTP is the national police Force for the rail network throughout Great Britain, including London Underground, across which we ensure the safety and security of nearly 3 billion passenger journeys and over 100 million tons of freight every year. The world in which we work is fast-paced, operationally and commercially demanding, and constantly changing.

As a **Crime Training Administrator**, you will be required to:

- Provide administration support to the Crime Training team including all necessary arrangements related to delegates, resources, and facilities.
- Maintain detailed records of all Crime training in compliance with internal and external requirements and providing reports as requested.
- Prepare course materials required for the delivery of training
- Provide first line support for all Crime training queries across BTP.

- Good time management and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of AIMS system (COP).
- EPROC System for raising and submitting purchase orders.
- **£29,076.18** plus **£3033,56** London Allowance per annum
- Working from home allowance available to purchase suitable equipment for blended & home working.
