We are a leading training, careers advice and examination centre located in Islington, and have been operating for the last 24 years. We are looking for an energetic, presentable and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as a Volunteer Administrator.
We are looking for individuals who have good English, Maths & IT skills. IT competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, will be an advantage. You must be presentable and have professional approach, as you will be interacting with customers at the front-end.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting careers advisors and administrators with their work
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Type and computerise various documents as needed
- Support the organisation with administrative tasks
- Support with marketing activities

- Completion of short courses including safeguarding, online safety, GDPR

- Insight into careers advisor, administrator and tutor roles

This role will provide valuable experience in an office setting and allow you to develop your administrative skills. We value your time and commitment, and we will provide the necessary training and support to ensure your success.

**Salary**: £10.50-£10.51 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
