This role is working in a busy and fast-paced recruitment environment for 6 months (Fixed Term Contract), with responsibility for the day-to-day administrative duties. You will work alongside the recruitment team to ensure all administrative duties are completed in a clear, methodical and timely manner with the ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload.

**As a Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for**
- Supporting our recruiters with ad-hoc admin
- Preparing job descriptions & adverts
- Creating job requistions on the applicant tracking system
- Advertising roles - Internally & Externally
- Monitoring the Recruitment Inbox

**Your required Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience in an administrative or support role
- Sound working knowledge of the complete Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to quickly build strong working relationships
- Ability to organise your own workload, filing methods and work in a clear and logical manner
- To meet deadlines without compromising on quality
- Able to prioritise, multi-task and an understanding of deadlines and working to achieve these
- Capable of working on own initiative whilst working in a team environment.
- Confident in asking questions, seeking and clarifying information and have an enthusiasm to learn new experiences and be supportive of and part of a hard-working team.
