**Position - Plant Administrator**

**Farrans construction are seeking to recruit a plant administrator.** **This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing plant team.**

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Maintaining company motor insurance database, ensuring all vehicles are added to and removed from the company insurance
- Organising externally hired vehicles for sites across the UK and Ireland
- Maintaining driving records ensuring employees are legally compliant to drive and add to company insurance
- Managing employee training matrix to ensure all employees within the department are legally compliant
- Organising fuel cards for all company employees and maintaining fuel card database
- Managing driver Tachograph information
- General office duties as and when required

Essential Criteria

GCSE in English and Maths

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: - Word, Excel and Outlook

Proven experience as an office administrator or office assistant

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organisational skills

Excellent timekeeper and attender

Reliable

Excellent attention to details
