A global organisation in the manufacturing field are looking to recruit a IT Support Coordinator on a permanent basis to join their rapidly growing team.

They require a proactive individual to ensure the service is being delivered on time and efficiently.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support for users, team members, and 3rd parties.

Maintain awareness of the IT Applications business continuity plan and provide support in the event of plan activation.

Manage 3rd party support tickets for AD account and laptop setup.

Identify opportunities to reduce support tickets through training and collaborate with the IT trainer to address these needs.

Handle IT administration tasks, including monthly KPIs, access reviews, and license management.

Manage hardware for starters, leavers, and faulty replacements/upgrades, including mobile phones.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:
2+ Years working in an IT support environment

Full UK driving license and access to vehicle for occasional travel between local sites
