We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mental Health Intervention Coordinator to join our team in Bromley. The successful candidate will support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs in an Outstanding school, providing emotional support and guidance to students. This is a full-time term time only position, commencing in January until the end of the academic year. You will work closely with qualified SEMH professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists, using your expertise to develop effective interventions and strategies to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective interventions and strategies
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students
- Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis

Requirements:
- A minimum First-Class Psychology-related degree from a Top 20 University
- Proven experience in mental health intervention coordination

Salary: £480-£550 per week, paid weekly on a PAYE basis
