**Business Development - Retail - Global FTSE**

Our client, a Global FTSE Food Service provider have an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in Business Development. You will be responsible in driving the growth of their retail partnerships across a mix of locations including healthcare,rail and airports.

You will be responsible to generate new business and retention bids to drive sales and profitability to meet budgetary targets. To confidently and competently manage all 'steps of the sale’ from first appointment to site survey, proposal compilation to presentationand following successful bids to secure signed contract and thoroughly hand over to operational team.

This is a remote position and comes with a strong package including car allowance, market leading commission structure, private healthcare as well as a path for career growth and fantastic training programme to develop your skills.

**Key Experience**
- Previous sales experience
- Target focused
- Knowledge of selling contracted services within foodservice, retail and facilities management industries
- Ability to demonstrate winning creative solutions for client proposals
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience of managing the end-to-end sales process
