Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of customer deliveries.
- Liaise with end users and local authority to identify installation requirements, gain required permissions and ensure installations are carried out in an effective manner.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.

Logistics Management:

- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs brokers.
- Oversee the inventory management system, including receiving, storage, and distribution of hardware.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements related to shipping and handling of products.

Communication and Reporting:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics and project-related enquiries.
- Provide regular updates to the Hardware and Delivery Manager on project status and logistics operations.
- Prepare reports on project progress, logistics performance, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address any delivery issues or customer concerns.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices for inventory management and shipping procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new operational processes and systems.

**Qualifications**:
Education and Experience:

- Formal qualifications in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field are recommended.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination and logistics management, preferably in a hardware or technology-focused company are a must.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and creative interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Experience with inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Additional Requirements:

- Ability to work collaboratively, and flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project meetings and site visits.
- Driving licence.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
