Position Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting diverse aspects of marketing initiatives, including content development, website management, and the creation of promotional campaigns. This position also encompasses e-marketing strategies, social media engagement, graphic design, video editing, and collaboration with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Manage data entry using Hubspot and MailChimp
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns targeting both existing and prospective clients
  • Produce visual content for a variety of marketing platforms
  • Edit and refine videos for promotional use
  • Identify and procure cost-effective branded merchandise
  • Organize and participate in marketing events
  • Achieve established performance targets
  • Compile detailed Sales & Marketing Reports
  • Prepare and oversee content, tasks, and reports for regular meetings
