Receptionist/admin Assistant

Castle Garage (Ashby) LTD are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to our team.
The role includes:
- Greeting customers in a courteous manner
- Take and record bookings in our workshop specific software (full training provided)
- Prepare customer estimates (full training provided)
- Order and accept parts from suppliers
- Accurately record and communicate customer work requests to Service Manager
- Contact customer if additional work is required
- Prepare customer invoices and obtain payment
- Provide assistance to Service Manager to ensure smooth running of garage.
- Provide assistance to the service manager with scheduling of work for our technicians.
- Assisting other departments across the company with a variety of general admin duties
- Supporting service manager with administrative tasks
- Notifying customer of vehicle status
- Keep the office and reception area clean and tidy.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to multi-task during peak times
- Experience in the Motor Trade would be advantageous but not essential
- Friendly, welcoming and professional
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good telephone manner and excellent organisational skills
- Experience in using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent teamwork skills

Schedule:
