**Rates -** £52,000 - £56,000

**Your role -**
- Part-time Clinical Pharmacist 20 hours
- A mixture of telephone and face to face appointments
- Medication reviews
- Chronic reviews
- Authorising prescriptions
- Progression and development support
- Opportunities to focus heavily on your areas of interest
