Development supportand mentorship will be provided on a practice level, across thePCN and when available on a locality/CCG level.
You will beworking alongside a team of pharmacists whose roles will be similar to your ownand shared across the Primary Care Network(PCN). Practices within our PCNalready employ clinical pharmacists and have a track record of supporting newclinical pharmacists develop skills, expertise and become independentprescribers.
This postwill also include an accredited training pathway for pharmacists to be able topractice and prescribe safely and effectively in a primary care setting(currently the CPPE Clinical Pharmacist training pathways), and in order todeliver the key responsibilities outlined below.
