**Work hours**: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am - 4.00pm and 30 minutes for lunch for lunch to be taken outside of the pupils’ lunchtime (unpaid)

Pioneer Educational Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Student Support Coordinator to join our professional and dedicated educational support staff team at Trevelyan Middle School.
- We are looking for staff who have the appropriate personal characteristics, experience, knowledge and skills relating to the pastoral welfare of students at Trevelyan Middle School. Experience of working in a school environment is desirable. The position would suit someone who has the ability to work well under pressure whilst prioritising and working productively can work as part of a team as well as independently.-
- Provide support to the Pastoral Manager, Key Stage leaders and other key staff in the promotion of pupil welfare and wellbeing.
- Work effectively to ensure high levels of pastoral care.
- Maintain accurate manual and electronic records relating to students.
- Liaise with students, parents, colleagues and other professionals in relation to any student matters.
- Work effectively with pupils, teachers, parents and relevant external agencies to ensure high quality pastoral care in accordance with the principles expressed in ECM.

The most recent OFSTED inspection (2019) graded the school as ‘Good’ with ‘Outstanding’ behaviour & attitudes and personal development.
