We are looking for **Administrator **who will work for our NHS client in Wexham Park Hospital, Slough, Berks.

**Department**:Estates/Travel Plan Office
**Directorate**:Facilities
**Time**: 30 hours per week. Monday-Friday with £12/h
**Start Date**: Asap
**End date**: 30th September 2023

**Duties - **Responsible for providing comprehensive, timely and high quality administrative services in respect of car parking at Wexham Park Hospital.
To provide an efficient and effective administrative support function in respect of car parking, service contracts and administration duties within the Estates department.
- To document and provide notification to Contracts Support Manager when appeal letters are received and to respond to applicants following a decision from the appeal panel, using letter templates.
- To input accurate data into the various databases and produce reports as required.
- Ensure monthly reports are sent to payroll for salary deductions for car parking and fob refunds.
- Check the payroll deductions list against the car parking database to ensure that all staff are paying for car parking at the correct tariff.
- Report any anomalies of payments to the Contracts Support Manager for relevant action to be taken.
- Issue pool cars and when required, following process & procedures.

**Qualification -/ person specification**:
~ GCSE Grade A* - C to include English and Maths
~ Excellent organisational skills
~ Ability to work on own initiative
~ Professional communication skills both verbally and written
~ Able to priortise work
~ Able to manage conflict/difficult situations
~ Attention to detail
~ Team player

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
