You have at least 2 years’ experience in the **Parts automotive** **environment** or relevant demonstrable experience in a similar type of rolebut especially with brilliant **attention to detail** and **organisational **skills to match

You are confident on the **computer,** with a high level of ability to deliver on processes and compliance requirements.  With exceptional **organisational** skills.

Your **positive** and **can-do attitude** demonstrates **excellent customer service **skills, with an **enthusiastic** and **respectful** approach to deliver your work with a high level of i**ntegrity **and a **drive to succeed**

You have a **‘Full Clean UK Driving Licence’.**

**What does a normal day look like?** **What does a normal day look like?**

A normal day is always different from both yesterday and tomorrow
- To provide polite and courteous service to all external and internal guests, interpreting their requirements for various parts and developing business opportunities for the department, optimising the guest experience at all times.
- To inform, promote and sell parts to external and workshop guests, making the most of opportunities via telephone and direct contact and ensuring guest demands are fulfilled.
- Accurately complete and store all paperwork, including picking slips, guest contact details, sales and lost sales information to ensure up-to-date guest information is available and accessible at all times.
- Check all parts returned by guests for damage and condition, noting down returns details and logging the parts back into the department.
- Maintain a tidy and organised stock warehouse, arranging stock as per guest and workshop requests.
- Update and maintain parts literature and related information to promote a speedy and effective service for all guests.
- Maintain an accurate account of stock via stock check and booking out procedures of parts.
- Plan and establish parts displays to ensure they are up-to-date and professional.
- Process invoices for the purchase of parts to ensure the prompt receipt of payments when applicable.
