**An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Sales Administrator to join a well-established company based in **Ellesmere Port,** Cheshire.

**The Company:
**Established in 2001 on the Wirral and is a market leader in the manufacture and supply of specific agricultural machinery for both national and international requirements.

They continuously exploring new and exciting sectors, as well as introducing new machines to expand their current extensive machine range.

This is a very exciting time to join the business and be a part of their dedicated team to drive the business on further forward.

**About the Role:
**An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established manufacturing OEM business and become a valued member of their Operations team; you must have solid previous experience within a similar roll working in a manufacturing environment.
- Monitoring various Inboxes including the Sales Inbox. This includes monitoring for incoming Machine orders and liaising with the Sales Team to ensure these orders are reviewed by them in a timely fashion and then forwarded to the relevant internal Inboxes.
- Monitor and forward incoming phone calls to the relevant departments as and when required.
- Providing information from our pricing guide to dealers.
- Arrange booking requirements for any Trade Shows from time to time. This would involve liaising with Sales Team and MD.
- Arranging Advertising and Marketing requirements, including order placement.
- General ad hoc Sales and Office requirements as and when required.

- Be reporting directly and working closely with the Managing Director.
- Working closely with the Sales and Operations Team.
- Be an excellent team player with attention to detail, be self-motivated and the ability to work towards schedule deadlines - Essential.
- Have previous experience working within a Sales environment - Essential.
- Have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment - Advantageous, but not essential.
- Experience with CRM systems - Essential.
- Have experience in using Xero - Advantageous, but not essential.
- Have experience using Excel and Microsoft office - Essential.

**Qualifications:
- 5 x GCSE or equivalent.
- EDCL Qualification - Advantageous, but not essential.

**Benefits**:
- Hours of work: 37 Hours per week: Monday - Thursday 08.30 - 17.00. Includes 30-minute lunch break.

Friday 08.30 - 13.30.
