Our manufacturing division, Hitex Traffic Safety produce thermoplastic road markings, high friction surfacing materials, road crack & joint repair systems and decorative road surfacing.

Co-located with the Group’s contracting sector at extensive, purpose-built facilities in Ellesmere Port, Hitex Traffic Safety has steadily grown to become the UK’s largest supplier of road marking materials. With dedicated research and development facilities, Hitex Traffic Safety continues to improve the durability and safety performance of its products. Significant investments are continuously made into utilising sustainable materials and processes across all manufacturing operations.

We have and exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our expanding team at our offices in Ellesmere Port. The position is full time, working Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:00 with a one-hour lunch.

**About the Role**

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Raising sales orders (SAGE50) and arranging transport
- Posting of production paperwork in SAGE50
- Goods receiving in SAGE50
- Completing stock takes
- Labelling pallets ready for dispatch in the warehouse/yard
- A passion for customer service, answering incoming phone calls in a polite, business-like manner
- General administrative duties including staying up-to-date on new products, services, and policies

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience with Sage 50 accounts would be desirable
- Be computer literate and show experience of MS Office software, Word, Excel etc.
- Possess excellent communication skills to deliver a high-end service to customers
- Be enthusiastic to work effectively as part of a team
- Have good time management skills
- Have a full driving license
- Be willing to learn and take on advice and information

**Role Details**

**Working Hours**: 08:30 - 17:00 (1 hr lunch)

**Holidays**: 25 days plus bank holidays

**Salary**: Negotiable depending on experience

Full, ongoing training will be provided.
