**The Cost of Living Administrator role**:

We’ve introduced this brand-new position to play a key role in supporting households struggling with the cost of living rises and to strengthen our approach to supporting customers at an early stage with early intervention and to promote sustainable tenancies.

You’ll support our Cost of Living Champion to deliver and administer the Hardship Fund and Housing Support Grant and provide an administrative service in relation to the Cost of Living Project.

**Key duties and responsibilities of our Cost of Living Administrator**:

- Collect data to ensure that the Cost of Living Champion has all the information and data needed for monthly outcome monitoring

**Qualifications and skills we’re looking for in our Cost of Living Administrator**:

- 4 GCSE’s Grade 4 or above, or relevant experience
- Experience of working in a housing, finance, or administrative role
- Ability to demonstrate a positive, flexible approach to team working
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, plan and prioritise workloads
