We are recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join our friendly team in Norwich.

Sector experience is essential but full training and support will be provided.

Must hold a minimum of L3 in Health & Socail Care or working towards

This is a full time post Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

The role would be ideal for someone who**:Wants to make a difference in the lives of others ** Enjoys building friendly and professional relationships with clients and colleagues

Has a good approach with organisation skills **Is resilient, calm and positive under pressure ** Is confident with IT systems.

The role will include**:Prepare effective and efficient schedules for our clients and staff Ensure schedules are prepared, considering travel time, holidays, training.**

Develop excellent relationships with both clients and colleagues to deliver an excellent customer service

Add and maintain all client and staff information onto the electronic scheduling system. Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business, including undertaking personal care visits where required.

Participate in on-call duties on a rota basis

Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business

Qualities

Motivated by helping others

Experience of working in a scheduling role within a home care, Residential or other health or relevant environment essential

Good working knowledge of IT Systems with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate

Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines

Due to the nature of the business an expectation to undertake hands on care when the need arises

Full driving license and reliable means of transport

Additional Information

Salary negotiable for right person

28 days annual leave includes bank holidays
